Shipping Policy

Orders shipping to UK addresses will receive FREE Standard delivery, 2-3 days.
Next Day delivery is available for £5. Orders must be complete by 1pm to be received the following working day.
International shipping options and prices vary based on your shipping destination. 
Customers in America are advised to use express shipping, as numerous issues have been reported with USPS during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please be aware there may be delays in fulfilling orders during busy periods.
 
Returns Policy
PLEASE NOTE, WHILE WE ALL DEAL WITH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, OUR RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE EXTENDED TO 60 DAYS
Wherever you're returning from, please print and complete THIS RETURNS FORM and make sure your item is in the original saleable condition in which you received it. We reserve the right to refuse or withhold refunds if these conditions are not met. 

To return your product from a UK address please follow THIS LINK to our returns platform where you will be able to print a free returns label. Please retain proof of postage for your records.


If you are returning from outside the UK, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our regular returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In some situations we will be able to offer store credit at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to provide refunds for Gift Cards.
Returns sent with a free postage label can take up to 3 days to reach us. Once received, returns can take up to 2 working days to be processed before your refund or exchange is issued, at which time you will receive a notification. We recommend retaining proof of postage for returns sent from outside the UK.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of receiving a refund notification, double check with your bank before contacting them. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
